The Menu & Hands-On Skills
Meat Ragù & Whipped Ricotta: Participants will prepare a savory ragù from scratch and learn to use basic kitchen tools to create a light, flavorful whipped ricotta.
Winter Greens & Pear Salad: A lesson in knife skills and flavor balancing, featuring blue cheese and a handmade Honey Champagne Vinaigrette.
Garlic Knots: Guests will practice dough-shaping techniques to create these classic savory rolls.
Limoncello Ricotta Cake: A sweet conclusion to the meal, prepared from scratch by the class.
