The evening begins with a hearty winter minestrone, followed by instruction on pan-searing sea scallops to achieve a golden crust and tender center. Guests will then stir, season and finish a herb-forward risotto, learning timing and techniques that translate easily to home cooking. The experience concludes with a silky pot de crème, a classic bistro dessert known for its simplicity and elegance.
