Join Chef Deb for an interactive cooking class filled with bold flavors and hands-on learning. Designed for food lovers of all levels, the class combines technique, creativity and a welcoming social atmosphere.

Menu:

• Guacamole two ways: Sun-dried tomato guac with rich, savory flavor and mango guac with a fresh, fruity kick of spice
• Chicken milanesa with avocado tomatillo sauce: Crispy chicken cutlets topped with a bright, zesty sauce
• Tacuba-style chicken enchiladas: Saucy enchiladas layered with tender chicken and melted cheese
• Corn, tomato and avocado salad: A colorful salad highlighting fresh seasonal ingredients

Guests will work in groups as Chef Deb shares professional tips and techniques while leading the class. Aprons and workstations will be provided. One glass of wine or beer is included with the event, with additional beverages available for purchase at the wine bar.
