Chef Nick leads this hands-on cooking class featuring a Southern-inspired menu. Participants will learn techniques for preparing pulled pork, mac and cheese and other classic dishes while enjoying an interactive and fun cooking experience. Aprons and workstations are provided, and the class includes instruction, tips and tricks from the chef.

Menu:

• Cowboy caviar with black beans, black-eyed peas and chopped vegetables
• Oven-braised pulled pork sliders with creamy coleslaw
• Cheesy macaroni and cheese
• Banana pudding with vanilla wafers and whipped cream

One glass of wine or beer is included with the event, with additional beverages available for purchase at the wine bar. Participants receive 10% off all regularly priced merchandise during the event.
