Chef Dave leads this immersive class focused on three iconic sauces designed to elevate simple dishes into spectacular meals. Participants will learn fundamentals such as emulsions, reductions and slow-simmer techniques, along with tips for pairing proteins and vegetables and balancing acidity, richness and seasoning.
