Chef Laura Claude leads this hands-on cooking class exploring the rich flavors of Korean cuisine through traditional dumplings, or mandu. Participants will prepare the dough, fillings and shapes while learning about the history and cultural significance of this staple dish. The class includes instruction, cooking tips and guided practice, followed by time to enjoy the finished meal.
