Indulge in a hands-on chocolate baking class designed for both seasoned bakers and chocolate enthusiasts. Chef Deb Silberstein will guide participants through the creation of three decadent desserts.

Menu:

• Silky chocolate mousse: A classic French dessert with a light, airy texture and rich flavor
• Chocolate chile brownies: Fudgy brownies with a bold blend of cocoa and a gentle chile spice kick
• Molten chocolate cake: Iconic cake with a gooey center of warm, melted chocolate

Guests will work in groups as Deb shares professional tips and techniques while leading the class. Aprons and workstations will be provided. Coffee and tea are complimentary while wine, beer, soda and San Pellegrino will be available for purchase at the wine bar.
