Join Chef David Marino for a relaxed, hands-on baking class inspired by the flavors of fall. Participants will learn to create two seasonal desserts that highlight warm spices and autumn fruit.

Menu:

• Caramel apple blossom: Buttery puff pastry filled with seasonal apples and topped with scratch-made caramel
• Poached pears: Tender pears simmered in spiced syrup and finished with rich chocolate ganache

Guests will work in groups as Chef Marino shares professional tips and techniques while leading the class. Aprons and workstations will be provided. Coffee and tea are complimentary and wine, beer, soda and San Pellegrino will be available for purchase at the wine bar.

Attendees will also receive 10% off all regularly priced merchandise during the event.
