Chef Marnae will lead a hands-on dessert class at The Joyful Gourmet, guiding participants through mixing, whisking, baking and decorating three treats while learning techniques to recreate at home. The interactive class is designed for bakers of all skill levels.

Aprons and workstations will be provided, and the chef-instructor will guide participants through each course with tips and techniques along the way. Coffee and tea are complimentary; wine, beer, soda and San Pellegrino are available for purchase at the wine bar. Participants also receive 10% off regularly priced merchandise during the event.
