Get into the holiday spirit with the Holiday Candle Gift-Making Art Social at Dandelion Gallery & Studios in Waukegan. This festive workshop invites youth ages 12 and older, families and friends to enjoy a hands-on candle-making experience while creating heartfelt, handmade gifts for the season.

Guided by an artist instructor, participants will craft three unique candles — a basic candle to learn foundational techniques, a scented candle infused with holiday-inspired fragrances and botanicals and a designer candle featuring creative colors and textures. The class also covers wax types, fragrance blending and pouring methods, all within a cozy, holiday-themed atmosphere complete with snacks and refreshments.
