Winthrop Harbor will host a Trunk or Treat event on Oct. 18 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at 38 Acres, located at 2700 9th St.

Following the Trunk or Treat, the village will present its first annual Fall Fest, featuring seasonal activities and entertainment for all ages.
