Make holiday dessert prep easy with The Joyful Gourmet’s take-and-bake pie class. Chef Liz will guide participants in preparing two decadent pies — ready to assemble and bake at home.
The Chocolate Frangipane Pear Pie features a buttery crust, almond cream filling, sliced pears and rich chocolate for an elegant layered dessert. The Caramel Dutch Apple Pie is filled with tender, spiced, caramel-coated apples in a flaky all-butter crust.
Participants will leave with pie ingredients and baking instructions for perfect results at home. Complimentary coffee and tea will be provided, with wine and beer available for purchase at the wine bar. Guests also receive 10% off all regularly priced merchandise during the event.
