The Hawthorn Christmas Experience will be open from Friday, Nov. 21, through Wednesday, Dec. 24, on the lower level in Macy’s Court. Guests can visit Santa Claus and capture holiday memories with photo packages available for purchase starting at $39.99. Reservations are recommended but not required; walk-ups will be accommodated as space allows. Visitors who book in advance will receive a free personalized phone call from Santa before their visit.

Special events include the Santa Arrival Celebration on Friday, Nov. 21, from 5 to 7 p.m.; Pet Photo Nights on Nov. 24, Dec. 1, and Dec. 8 from 4 to 7 p.m.; and a Sensory-Friendly Santa experience on Sunday, Dec. 7, from 9 to 10:30 a.m.
