Oaktoberfest Beer Dinner at Oaken Bistro and Bar in Lake Forest

Oaken Bistro + Bar will kick off Oaktoberfest on Friday, Sept. 19, at 7 p.m. with a beer pairing dinner featuring Buffalo Creek Brewing’s traditional German-style beers.

House Cicerone Gabriel Boden has collaborated with Buffalo Creek owner and brewer Mike Marr to create pairings that complement a four-course menu from Chef Christian Alejandro, including oysters, seared scallops, duck breast and other seasonal dishes.
