North Shore Distillery makes a range of original, delicious, award-winning distilled spirits, including vodkas, gins, whiskies, aquavit, rum & more. We're the first craft distillery in Illinois since Prohibition, and our mission has always been creating original, delicious spirits that are not possible on a mass production scale. We use the best ingredients, handcrafted and time-tested techniques, and absolutely no shortcuts.
