Families are invited to the Halloween Spooktacular at Venture Athletics in Mundelein for an afternoon of games, spooky activities and prizes. The event takes place from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, and will feature food from local food trucks.

Admission is free and open to the public, with pre-registration encouraged to reserve a spot.
