It takes a village. A gingerbread village, that is! The Waukegan Park District is hosting Gingerbread Village on Friday, December 19, 2025 from 6pm to 7:30pm at the Belvidere Recreation Center, located at 412 S. Lewis Avenue.

Gather the family for a sweet and festive night building your own gingerbread villages. With colorful candy and yummy cookies, each participant will construct their own home for the family’s holiday masterpiece. Pre-registration per person is required.
