In this demonstration-style chef’s table event, Chef Drew will bring the rich culinary traditions of Spain to life with a vibrant, mouthwatering paella cooked before your eyes—brimming with saffron rice, fresh seafood and bold spices.

Menu:

• Participation mixology session: Smoky mezcal paloma
• Paella with mussels, clams, scallops, shrimp, saffron, bomba rice, seafood broth, tomatoes, bell peppers, peas and lemon
• Citrus salad with sherry vinaigrette
• Flan

One cocktail or a glass of wine or beer is included with the event. Additional beverages will be available for purchase at the wine bar. Guests will also receive 10% off all regularly priced merchandise during the event.
