Join Chef Drew for an unforgettable evening that celebrates summer flavors, fine cuisine and the joy of community. In this hands-on cooking class, you'll assist in mastering the art of searing the perfect ribeye steak in cast iron—with a crispy crust, juicy center and deep, savory flavor.

Chef Drew will guide participants through techniques that transform simple ingredients into a gourmet meal, with a focus on timing, balance and the rich history of cast iron cooking. As the dishes come together, you'll enjoy seasonal sides and a complimentary glass of wine in a relaxed, communal setting.

Participation: Hands-on. Prepare vegetable side dishes with opportunities to assist Chef Drew with the cast iron ribeye.

• Ribeye with green peppercorn sauce
• Charred long beans with caramelized onions
• Dauphinoise potatoes
