This participation-style lunch provides each guest with a dedicated workstation and apron. Chef Laura will guide the group through every step, ensuring everyone gains the confidence to recreate this customizable meal at home for friends and family.

Authentic Bibimbap: Guests will build their own bowls featuring crispy rice, an assortment of prepared vegetables, and tender, marinated beef.
Mastering the Toppings: The session covers how to top the dish with a perfect egg and the iconic savory-spicy Gochujang sauce.
Technique & Prep: Instruction includes vegetable preparation, light sautéing techniques, and crafting a signature umami sauce.
Side Dish: Participants will also learn to make a red pepper marinated cucumber side.
