West Side Ramen had been operating as a pop-up restaurant run out of the Chrissoulas kitchen by brothers Nick and Theo Dimitriou since 2020.

It all started during the pandemic as a take-out-only experiment, and since then it has blossomed into a full-fledged obsession for their customers!  

WSR opened full-time on November 1, 2024 as the brothers said goodbye to the OG Chrissoulas. 

Hours of Operation

• Tuesday - Thursday: 5-9 p.m., Friday-Saturday: 5-10 p.m., Sunday: 4-8 p.m.
