The Volo Museum, in Volo, Illinois, is a world-famous destination sitting on 75-acres that seamlessly blends automotive history with pop culture exhibits.
Established in 1960 by the Grams family, it’s celebrating its 65th anniversary by completing a multi-million-dollar full museum makeover. They have added new exhibits, attractions, movie cars, classic cars, a rare snowmobile exhibit, a full BBQ menu, and numerous upgrades, renovations, and improvements, making the grounds much more accessible for people with disabilities.
Beyond cars, visitors can explore a diverse range of attractions, including a newly renovated and expanded military exhibit, a vintage carousel hall, a fully functional Rocka-afire Explosion animatronic show, and Jurassic Gardens, a 15,000 sq ft. animatronic dinosaur park with mini golf and live reptiles! The museum is also expanding and improving its Titanic Museum, Disney Gallery, and full-size Carousel and world music hall, which offers seasonal rides.
With its unique combination of history, entertainment, and interactive exhibits, and seasonal trackless train and double-decker bus rides, the Volo Museum offers an engaging experience for visitors of all ages.
