Pages of History

Pages of History book-inspired lecture series returns this fall. In partnership with the Grayslake Historical Society and the Grayslake Area Public Library, we’re diving into stories inspired by our latest exhibit, “My Phone Can Do That!”

Join us at the Grayslake Heritage Center & Museum where guest presenters will go beyond the book, exploring the history and impact of computers, photography, and timepieces.

Save the Dates:
September 2: "Broad Band" by Claire L. Evans
Explore the untold stories of women who made the internet possible.
October (Date TBD): "Celine" by Peter Heller
A mystery that captures the art of photography and the quest for truth.
December 2: "The Radium Girls" by Kate Moore
Discover the dark legacy of timepiece factories and the women who fought back.

No RSVP required! Grab your copies at the Grayslake Library by registering here: https://bit.ly/PagesofHistoryBookClub
