Chef Lee Kuebler will lead a Chef’s Table cooking demonstration featuring a Mediterranean-inspired menu crafted with seasonal ingredients. Guests will watch and learn as Kuebler prepares each course while sharing tips and techniques throughout the experience.

The menu includes:

• Shredded carrot salad with coriander, golden raisins and feta

• Grilled swordfish with smoky eggplant and heirloom tomatoes

• Roasted stone fruit with local honey and whipped crème fraîche

The experience includes one glass of wine or beer, with additional drinks available for purchase. Attendees will also receive 10% off all regularly priced merchandise during the event.
