Lake County Symphony Orchestra Presents 'Triumph and Tragedy' at the James Lumber Center for the Performing Arts

Join the Lake County Symphony Orchestra for an unforgettable evening of brilliance and depth. The program opens with Leonard Bernstein’s sparkling Overture to Candide, followed by a performance of a Mozart piano concerto featuring a rising star from Northwestern University. The evening concludes with Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 6, the Pathétique—a work of profound passion, intensity and heartbreaking beauty.
