Timothy O'Toole's Lake Villa will host a kid-friendly New Year’s Eve celebration on Wednesday, Dec. 31. The event will include gift bags and goodies for children, as well as a countdown with a balloon drop. The celebration runs from 5 to 7 p.m., with the countdown beginning at 6:59 p.m.
