The village of Mundelein will mark the 100th anniversary of “Old Number One” with a community celebration featuring more than a dozen antique fire trucks, fresh pizza from Pizzeria DeVille, birthday cake and family-friendly activities.

The event celebrates history, community and firefighting pride, offering opportunities for photos and a chance to honor a local legend.

The celebration will be hosted at Tighthead Brewing Co., where guests can enjoy the limited-edition Old Number One premium lager and purchase a four-pack to take home.
