Tony will guide participants through each step, sharing expert techniques and insights into this beloved family recipe. While the exact recipe isn’t provided, you’ll leave with the skills needed to recreate these classic treats at home.

To complement the evening, enjoy a curated wine tasting designed to pair beautifully with your cannoli creations. Whether you're a seasoned cannoli connoisseur or a curious beginner, this class offers a fun and flavorful culinary experience.

Menu:

• Each participant will receive a piece of dough to roll and shape into three cannoli shells.
• Tony will demonstrate techniques used in his family’s traditional recipe.

Hands-on participation class: Aprons and workstations will be set up while your chef-instructor walks you through each course, offering tips and tricks along the way.
