Chef Mario Scordato will lead a hands-on Italian pasta-making class, focusing on creating ravioli from scratch. Participants will learn to craft Gemelli pasta with Pesto alla Trapanese, Butternut Squash Ravioli with Sage Brown Butter, and a Caesar Salad with homemade croutons. The class emphasizes fresh, seasonal ingredients and simple Italian cooking techniques. Participants will be provided with aprons and workstations, and Chef Scordato will offer guidance and tips throughout the session. Space is limited.
