The Waukegan Park District is hosting Soul Food with Sylvia on Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 11am to 1pm at the Jane Addams Center, located at 95 Jack Benny Drive in Bowen Park. Sylvia England, Founder and Executive Director of The African American Museum at the England Manor, will demonstrate the cooking of a traditional soul food dish and will have you participate too.
