Korean barbecue, also known as “gogi gui” in Korean, is a popular dining experience that involves grilling various types of meat at the table. It’s a social and interactive way to enjoy a meal, widely embraced in South Korea and around the world.
In this class, Chef Laura Claude will introduce guests to a selection of Korean favorites. Participants will learn how to prepare kalbi and daeji bulgogi, which will be served with traditional banchans and rice. Guests will also create an apple soju cocktail, blending creativity with flavor in a fun and flavorful cooking experience.
