Guests are invited to a hands-on gnocchi making class where food, fun and community come together. Whether a seasoned cook or new to the kitchen, participants will enjoy learning how to turn simple ingredients into a delicious Italian meal. Chef Drew Schreiner will demonstrate traditional techniques for creating soft, pillowy gnocchi and provide tips for recreating the dish at home.

Attendees will roll dough, prepare a full menu and share a hearty, homemade meal together. This interactive experience is designed to inspire confidence in the kitchen and connection around the table.

Menu:

• Bocconcini cheese, cherry tomato and basil with an aged balsamic reduction
• Truffle gnocchi with roasted wild mushrooms, fried sage, Parmesan sable and chive
• Roasted acorn squash and asparagus

One glass of wine or beer is included with the event. Additional beverages will be available for purchase at the wine bar.
