The class concludes with a communal meal, where you’ll enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared and share in the camaraderie of fellow culinary enthusiasts.

- Ravioli with red sauce: Create delicate ravioli filled with ricotta, caramelized onion and butternut squash, finished in a rich, slow-simmered marinara.
- Pappardelle Bolognese: Turn your ravioli scraps into fresh pappardelle ribbons, paired with a traditional, hearty Bolognese ragù.
