Join Chef Laura Claude for a fun and flavorful hands-on cooking class focused on building healthy, delicious poke bowls. You’ll learn the art of balancing flavors and textures while mastering the techniques to create your own custom bowls at home—sure to impress friends and family alike.
The class includes a cocktail demonstration featuring a yuzu shochu mule, a citrusy twist on the classic Moscow mule. You’ll also prepare a traditional Japanese appetizer, chawanmushi, a savory egg custard with shrimp and shiitake mushrooms.

Aprons and workstations will be provided for all participants. Chef Laura will guide you through each dish while sharing helpful tips and techniques along the way.
One cocktail is included with the event. Additional yuzu shochu mules, wine and beer will be available for purchase at the wine bar. Guests will also receive 10% off all regularly priced merchandise during the event. Space is limited, so sign up early.
