Les Scott, one of three Illinois artists in the International Society of Scratch Artists, will display new works at the Blue Moon Art Gallery from June 21-July 19. The exhibition, titled "The Unique World of Scratchart," features Scott's scratchboard art, a medium he emphasizes requires patience and discipline. An opening reception is scheduled for June 21 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The gallery, located in Grayslake, Ill., will have pieces available for purchase during the exhibition.
