The Waukegan Park District will host a grand opening celebration for the newly renovated Dugdale Park on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 1 p.m. at 1525 Dugdale Road. The public is invited to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony and be among the first to explore the park’s new amenities.
