As part of our Special Guest Chef Dinner Series, join us for an intimate evening in celebration of Día de los Muertos at Elawa Farm. Chef Ernesto Rodríguez of El Molcajete Sauces will present a four-course dinner rooted in tradition and rich with seasonal, vibrant flavors. The evening begins with a mezcal margarita and festive appetizers like ceviche shots, black bean purée in bamboo boats and house-made chips with handmade salsas, followed by a seated dinner featuring warm squash soup, an autumn salad with persimmons and toasted pumpkin seeds and tender lamb barbacoa with Chef Ernesto’s signature mole. A seasonal dessert rounds out this unforgettable culinary experience.
