Zion Park District will hold its annual Christmas Tree Lighting on Friday, December 12, 2025, at the Zion Park District Leisure Center, 2400 Dowie Memorial Drive in Zion. Choir students from District 6 and District 126 will begin caroling at 6:30 p.m., followed by the tree lighting at 7 p.m.

The free community event includes visits with Santa, ornament decorating and family crafts. Attendees are invited to contribute to the Positivi-Tree by adding a message of hope or encouragement to a community ornament displayed at the Leisure Center.
