Beelow’s Steakhouse & Bar will host a Bourbon Dinner on Monday, Nov. 4. The reception begins at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7 p.m.

The five-course menu features bourbon-inspired dishes paired with handcrafted cocktails. Highlights include pulled pork sliders with bourbon barbecue sauce, bourbon-braised beef short ribs, cedar-planked bourbon-glazed salmon, smoked baby back ribs and apple pie with bourbon caramel drizzle.

Each course will be paired with a complementary bourbon or whiskey cocktail, including Maker’s Mark, Beelow’s Manhattan, Teeling Irish Whiskey, Four Roses Espresso Old Fashioned and Beelow’s Old Fashioned.
