The 36th Annual Black History Celebration, themed “The Century Mark: A Legacy in Motion,” is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 28, from noon to 2 p.m. at the Zion-Benton Township High School Performing Arts Center. The event will honor history, culture and community with an afternoon of music, dance, poetry, guest speakers and entertainment. Lunch will be provided, and families are encouraged to attend.
