The Waukegan Park District is hosting Black History Month Celebration on Saturday, February 7 from 5-6:30pm at the Jack Benny Center for the Arts, located at 39 Jack Benny Drive in Bowen Park. Come explore African American heroes that still impact our world today! This free family event will feature musical performances and spoken word, dramatic readings, dance and more that will fill the Jack Benny Center for the Arts with beautiful culture. Preregistration is not required to attend this event.
