: Youth Ages 8 to 9

Campers will learn about the slimy, crawling, and flying invertebrates of Lake County and what makes them special. Invertebrates (animals without backbones) make up the largest group of animals on Earth. Each day's explorations highlight different ecosystems and the invertebrates that inhabit them.

This program is for children ages 8-9 by the first day of the program.

We design our lessons, activities, and topics to specific age groups to maximize their Summer Adventure experience. Due to this thoughtful strategy, we are unable to make age exceptions.

Please complete and turn in all forms on our website at least one week prior to the start of the session.

Email AskAnEducator@LCFPD.org with questions or to inquire about accommodations.
