The Waukegan Park District will feature a free screening of Mufasa: The Lion King as part of its summer movie series, offering a fun and memorable evening for families.

Prior to the movie, attendees can enjoy free arts and crafts activities hosted by the district’s Arts Park Program. Children and families will have the opportunity to create artwork such as drawings, paintings, mosaics, sculptures, and more.

All movies in the series are family friendly and open to the public. Popcorn will be provided while supplies last. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets, chairs, snacks, and picnic items. In the event of inclement weather, the movie will be rescheduled for a later date.
