Just in time for Easter, Peter Patterson Glassworks in Mundelein is pleased to announce its Annual Make Your Own Spring Eggs glassblowing event.

The public is invited to visit the studio and create their custom glass egg on April 5-6 or April 12-13from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The cost is $65 for small eggs and $95 for large eggs. 

Each participant will be able to pick their colors and swirl the colors to make beautiful designs.

There are two sizes to choose from, small and large.

Experience the fun and excitement of working with hot glass and create your masterpiece.

The age limit is 10.

This is a popular event.

The custom glass items can be picked up a few days later after the glass cools down.
