Celebrate the nation's birthday with friends and neighbors at Libertyville's Fourth of July celebration. The evening begins with a concert of patriotic music performed by the Village Band at 7:30 p.m. at the Butler Lake Band Shell.

A fireworks display will follow at approximately 9:30 p.m.

For safety reasons, Lake Street will close to both vehicle and pedestrian traffic at 9 p.m.

Parking is available for residents at Butler Lake Park and for the general public at the main commuter lot, both parking garages, and Butterfield School.
