Enjoy the breeze and natural beauty of McHenry Dam State Park on a free trishaw ride offered to seniors by trained volunteers from Cycling Without Age.

Rides are available the third Saturday of each month from May through October, and will also be offered on Sunday, June 8 during Love Our River Day.

Start times: 10 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12 p.m., and 12:30 p.m.
Meeting location: By the kiosk at the south end of the McHenry Dam parking area

Each ride lasts about 25 minutes and can accommodate one or two passengers, with at least one passenger aged 55 or older. Friends and family are welcome to ride alongside on their own bicycles. Register at Rides4Elders.com.
