Join 129 Center Cut for a five-course pairing dinner with Avery Brewing and Founders Brewing.

The event will feature three beers from each brewery and five courses specifically curated to pair perfectly. Complimentary swag bags will be provided for each guest.

• Grilled Caesar Salad with romaine hearts, poached egg and Parmesan cheese, paired with All Day Shandy
• Wrapped asparagus with prosciutto and soppressata, arugula and smoked cheddar, paired with Mortal Bloom Hazy IPA
• Crab cakes with apple coleslaw and mustard aioli, paired with White Rascal Belgian-Style Wit
• Smoked brisket with broccoli salad and mac and cheese, paired with Maharaja Imperial IPA
• White and dark chocolate mousse with berry sauce, whipped cream and cocoa powder, paired with Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) Spicy Chocolate
