Curiosity Awaits at Summer Farm Camp!

Looking for a unique, nature-oriented experience for your children this summer?  Our science-focused programming emphasizes the interactions between people, plants, and animals.  Campers ages 5-12 will explore the full expanse of our 95-acre organic farm and living laboratory, engaging in hands-on learning activities designed to deepen their understanding of farming and the natural world.

Over the course of the week, campers will explore the many interconnected systems that make up a thriving farm.  They will spend quality time outdoors, working as a team to steward the land and solve problems.  Through our immersive programming, kids will:

•  Tend to a communal garden, plant seeds, and harvest crops
•  Learn about soil health, microorganisms, and how to make compost
•  Care for sheep, goats, and chickens
•  Explore the art of textile production, from spinning wool to weaving and dyeing cloth
•  Enjoy an end-of-week celebration and field day with their families
