Oaken Bistro + Bar is welcoming the arrival of fall with a beer pairing dinner featuring beers from Long Grove’s Buffalo Creek Brewing. The event will kick off the official Oktoberfest season, highlighting a brewery known for its well-crafted traditional German-style beers.

Chef Christian Alejandro has prepared a four-plus course meal designed to complement the beer selections, while house Cicerone Gabriel Boden has collaborated with Buffalo Creek Brewing owner and brewer Mike Marr to ensure each pairing enhances the dishes.

The dinner will be served as a single group seating; punctual arrival is required. Substitutions are not available.
