Winterhaus: Day 1 Cellar Sales and Brunch

Phase Three Brewing will kick off the new year with its annual Day One Cellar Sale and Brunch on Jan. 1, 2026, at the Lake Zurich Taproom.

The event will feature a curated selection of limited, vintage and specialty Phase Three bottles available for purchase. Guests can shop for past favorites or discover new beers, making it an opportunity to bring home unique offerings from the brewery’s cellar.
